SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us
Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 for Asia, Europe, GCC & parts of North America.

- We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our shipping and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- Do allow 2 - 6 DAYS for your shipment to arrive from the moment your order has been confirmed.
- All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
- We offer international shipping.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not find your country as a shipping option. We will revise the best available option and get back to you with an effective solution.
- Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties, of which we have no control over. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and we will not be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
- Free local delivery is available for orders over 370AED within the U.A.E.
- For orders under 370AED, we charge 35AED for local delivery.
- Deliveries are made from Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. You will be contacted via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout, to notify you on the day of its arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 3-4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
- If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
- In some cases, the third party supplier uses USPS to ship out the packages which would need an adult signature to confirm the package. Please be sure to be present at the delivery location. If we find any issue we will email you immediately and help you find a solution to receive your package.
